Since we act as a travel agency and booking facilitator between our clients and various stay providers (hotels, resorts, and homestays), our refund and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of the specific property you book.

​1. Cancellation Process

​2. Standard Cancellation Charges

​While individual property rules may vary, our general agency guidelines are:

​Cancellation 15 days before Check-in: Full refund (minus a small service/processing fee).

​Cancellation 7-14 days before Check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

​Cancellation less than 7 days before Check-in: No refund will be provided.

​No Show: In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

​3. Property-Specific Policies (Important)

​Please note that during peak seasons (Summer, Christmas, New Year), many hotels in Nainital follow a "No Refund" policy. As a third-party agent, Chandra Nainital Stay is bound by the specific hotel’s decision. We will clearly communicate the specific refund policy of your chosen stay at the time of booking.

​4. Refund Timeline

​Once a refund is approved by the property owner and our team:

​The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

​It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

​5. Service Fees

​Please note that any convenience fee or service charge paid to Chandra Nainital Stay for consultancy and booking management is non-refundable.
